Traceability of production batch and opening of non-conformity

The organisation of the production process allows the identification and traceability of the product, from the different stages of production to the arrival of the goods at the customer. For each delivery, we can trace the batch number and all the technical specifications of the product. This system allows agile management of non-conformities, prompt identification of the circumstances that led to them and rapid implementation of corrective actions.

Testing and quality control laboratory

The Quality Control Service constantly carries out analyses and checks so that the production process is always monitored and oriented towards compliance with finished product specifications. 

It also has a well-equipped laboratory for tests and controls on the entire production chain, from receipt of raw materials to the finished product.

Our in-house laboratory is equipped with modern equipment that allows us to carry out physical and mechanical analyses to check raw materials and semi-finished and finished products.
